Run Don’t Walk: Pop-Up Bakery in Copenhagen

I don’t know about you, but there’s nothing I like better than a bicycle ride through the city, maybe to the grocery store or to stock up on office supplies (am I the only one who can never find a pen?, followed by a cup of coffee and a slice of cake from a secret bakery.

So maybe the “secret” part is a give-or-take, but there’s something extra fun about a weekend treat that includes a treasure hunt.

Sweet Sneak, or Finley & the Bakerettes as it is sometimes known, is comprised of friends Brini, Katrin, Theresa and Antje, all students at Copenhagen School of Business. Wanting to do something creative in their spare time, the pop-up bakery was born in February 2013 and it’s taken off, garnering press from both blogs and newspapers alike. It currently runs bi-monthly.

Treat yourself to tasty, slightly naughty bite from the tables filled with scones, cakes, pastries and more while doing your errands, or go with a group of friends to have a relaxing afternoon. There’s no wrong way to enjoy your sugar.

Find out where Sweet Sneak will be this weekend and follow on Facebook to find out about future dates!
