Stallen is a unique restaurant created by chef Sebastian Myhre. There’s an exclusive and intimate atmosphere, with only four tables on the first floor and not more than twelve tables on the second. The restaurant focuses on local traditions, and food culture, and the powerful natural landscape of the Nordic region.
The menu is all about collaborating with selected farmers and fishermen based (for the most part) in Norway. It’s not a surprise that Stallen has made its way to Oslo’s list of top restaurants in a very short time.
