She gained mass-recognition after she parlayed her online column into a regular blog, Style by Kling, in 2007. She’s now blogging under her own name – Elin Kling. If you like minimalist style and want to know how to look chic wearing a simple jean, you should be following her site.
Fashion Squad
Even if she divides her time between Sweden and New York, Carolina Engman – better known by the name “Fashion Squad” – has definitely kept her Scandinavian roots. She always keeps the color palette simple, mixes textures & volume and looks for things with a slight androgynous edge. According her, the most essential touch is a nice hat!
Frida Vega Salomonsson
I have a big crush on this blog. Frida is not only a great fashion blogger; she has such a talent when it comes to photography. No matter how many experts we speak with, street style images we flip though and Kanelbulle we eat, we can never exactly put our finger on what makes Swedish style so special. Frida is the perfect example!
And because running around Stockholm from one show or meeting to another can make you a bit hungry, you can count on her to discover nice restaurants, coffee shops and other “places to be” in Stockholm !
